Job Description

Granite Digital is seeking a C# ASP.Net Developer with a passion for building world class Web applications.

The successful candidate will be a software development engineer within the rapidly growing technical division of Ireland's leading web development company. The individual must be a highly motivated self-starter with a desire to grow his/her own skills while providing a significant contribution to the team itself.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop robust, secure and scalable .NET web based solutions (websites, intranets, extranets, eCommerce, portals).
• Ensuring all code complies with the highest security and technical standards
• Integration of 3rd party software including CMS and E-Commerce apps
• Scoping, analysis and technical documentation
• Testing and QA

Qualifications and Skills

• Relevant Third level qualifications a necessity e.g. Software engineering
• Proven history of achievement in software development.
• Excellent understanding of the .NET platform
• Expert knowledge of C#, ASP.Mvc5, AJAX, AngularJS, RequireJS, XML/XSLT and SQL Server

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent process driven skills are a necessity, including:
  • Experience with Test driven/Agile development methodologies
  • Strong experience with release cycle and version control management
  • Excellent ability to work under the pressure of tight deadlines
